The car is located in Wieliczka, Poland.
I'm selling a wonderful, very rare classic: a third-generation Honda Civic Si. This is the first sporty version of the Civic in history. It has a 1.5-liter fuel-injected engine, producing approximately 100 hp and weighing 900 kilograms. The car was imported from Canada in 1993 as a relocation property, and I'm betting it's the only third-generation Civic Si in Poland, and perhaps even in Europe. Obtaining a historical vehicle status shouldn't be a problem.
I've owned it for a year and a half, and in that time I've done almost everything that needed doing mechanically, and even more as a preventative measure. During that time, I've driven about 2,000 km, exclusively during the warm season. The car was garaged throughout the fall and winter.
Work performed:
New timing belt with water pump and tensioner
New clutch
New period aluminum rims and new summer tires
Alternator belt
New steel-braided brake lines
New discs, pads, drums, and shoes
Replacement of all fluids and filters
New thermostat
Suspension rubbers
Upper shock mounts
Tailgate telescopic springs
Valve adjustment
Blower resistor
And smaller things I can't remember :)
The car currently doesn't need require any work to be driven and enjoyed. To be in the state of a very well-maintained classic, it needs a good paint job (you can see it's been repainted, but not very well) and replacement of the sills (although it's not bad and repair kits are available). The air conditioning (yes, it has air conditioning) doesn't work and hasn't been tested; it's complete, but I found a shop that sells air conditioning parts for this model, so it can be revived. In terms of rust, it's in really good shape for this model – the chassis is as good as new, fully protected, and the wheel arches, as you can see in the photos, are in excellent condition. It passed the inspection without any issues, earning the inspectors' admiration. There are a few minor issues, like a cracked sunroof glass, but those are purely cosmetic, as there are no leaks.
Tax liability insurance until December 31, 2025, and inspection until June 5, 2026.
I have some parts, such as the original steel rims with hubcaps (unique to this model), and spare new front brake discs, which I will, of course, give to the buyer, along with contact details for people and shops that sell parts for this model.
