Verkaufe mit schwerem Herzen meine BMW R50, Baujahr 1956. Die Maschine ist ein Schweizer Fahrzeug und hat Veteraneneintrag. Laufleistung seit Restauration beträgt nur knapp über 300km, Gesamtlaufleistung (originaler Tacho vorhanden) beträgt etwas über 60,000km. In der 2020 abgeschlossen Restaurierung wurden über 20,000 EUR investiert. Die BMW kommt ab Werk mit dem Schorsch Meier Renntank. Arbeiten wurden u.a. durch BMW Classic durchgeführt, alle Teile wurden ausschliesslich durch BMW Classic geliefert. Das Krad ist in der Schweiz angemeldet, ich unterstütze gerne mit Überführung.
- Maschine ist Nummerngleich, Fahrgestell 555 597
- 492ccm / 26PS
- Lack: RAL 9005 (wie Original, ohne Klarlack)
- Handlinierung: durch BMW Classic, Spezialist Urs Bachmann (Zertifikat vorhanden)
- Rahmen RAL9005, pulverbeschichtet
- Alle Gummis, Dichtungen etc. neu
- Gesamte Elektrik neu
- Fahrwerk, Bremsen, Abgasanlage, Radlager, etc. neu
- Vergaser generalüberholt
- Pagusa Sitz neu (Pagusa Soziussitz sowie Fussrasten, jeweils neu und vorhanden)
- Zylinderköpfe, Ventile und diverse Arbeiten am Motor, Getriebe, und Kardan überholt. (Motor und Getriebe wurden ende der 90er vom Vorbesitzer komplett revidiert).

Die R50 befindet sich in einem nahe zu neuwertigem Zustand. Sie wurde bis aufs letzte Detail so penibel wie möglich restauriert. Zu den Nicht-Original Teilen/Anbauten:
- Benzinhahn: Originaler Benzinhand ist vorhanden und inklusive. Verbaut ist einer der späteren /6 Reihe, da die originalen anfällig für Leckagen sind.
- Seitenständer: montiert und BMW Classic Bauteil.
- Lenker: verbaut in niedriger Stufe. Original ist Lenkerhaltung beim Schorsch Meier Tank höher. Original / höhere Lenkerhaltung vorhanden und inklusive.

Inklusive beim Kauf gibt es auch diverse Alt- und Ersatzteile, inkl. Vergaser, Dichtungen, diverse Gummis, alter Tacho, etc. etc.

Testfahrt ist jederzeit möglich (für erfahrene Fahrer), die BMW ist angemeldet und fahrbereit. Bei Fragen bitte melden, am besten per Mail, ich rufe gerne zurück.

Im am selling my beloved BMW R50, Year 1956. The bike is a Swiss Registration since day one and is registered as a historic vehicle. Since restoration the bike has seen barely over 300km, in total the frame has just above 60,000 km (Original Odometer included). The restoration, completed in 2020, cost more than 20,000 Swiss Franc / (Approx 21k EUR). The bike comes from the factory with the BMW Schorsch-Meier Racing Tank. Nearly all of the restauration works were carried out by BMW Classic, all parts are directly from BMW Classic. I will gladly support with any export enquiries.

- BMW has matching numbers, VIN 555 597
- 492ccm / 26HP
- Paint: RAL 9005 (as Original without clearcoat)
- Hand-lining: done by BMW Classic, specialist Urs Bachmann (certificate included)
- Frame RAL9005, powdercoated
- All Rubbers, sealings, etc. are new
- Entire electric is new
- Suspension, brakes, Exhaust system, bearings, etc. new
- Carburetors are overhauled (BMW Classic)
- Pagusa Seat new (Pagusa Passenger seat, as well as foot pegs are new and available)
- cylinderheads, Valves and multiple works on the Motor, Transmission, Kardan completed by BMW Classic. (Motor and Transmission were completly overhauled in the late 90s by previous owner).

The R50 was meticulously restaured to the last details with all parts sourced at BMW. With regards to the non-original parts / additions:
- Fuel Switch: Installed is a switch from the later BMW /6 Series. The original fuel switch is available and included. /6 Switch is installed as the original fuel swiches have a tendancy to leak.
- Side Stand: installed is a side stand from BMW Classic, however this was not installed on the factory model (can easily be removed)
- Handlebars: are installed on the 'lower' point with the lower height option. Originally, the handlebar height would be approx 2cm higher. Orginal mounting included.

Included are also several original parts as well as new (BMW Classic) parts. Such as: Carburators, Sealings, multiple rubbers, old odometer, etc. etc.
