Why we think you should buy a classic Mini
As ‘suppliers of driving pleasure’ we select our assortment of driver cars based on a broadly interpretable set of criteria that puts ‘driving pleasure’ first. Take place behind the wheel of a Mini and you will be convinced in no time, the combination of the (sense of) speed and the handling is surprising and real.
Of course the Mini is an epic and iconic classic comparable to f.i. the Fiat 500, Volkswagen Beetle and the Citroën 2pk. After more than 65 years, lots of evolutions and revolutions the Mini is still going strong and the classic Mini will still turn heads and put smiles on faces.
Why should you buy this classic Mini
It is a 1st owner car with only 81.991 kms on the clock. The car was delivered at a dealership in Brasschaat and the car is still located in the same town. Always cared for and this reflects in the fact that the MOT (valid till 08/2026) mentions no remark at all, a perfect condition car !
The lady who used to drive the car locally is sadly no longer able to drive it and that is why we have the car on sale.
Having driven this little gem ourselves, we were surprised about the smooth handling of the car, we had the impression driving a recent car. No rattling, no ticking, suspension and steering is firm. The performance of the 998 cc engine is as it should be and everything is in good working condition.
Why do we present you this Austin Mini ?
As a true classic icon this lovely Mini cannot be more fitting in our collection of cars on offer. This example is a ‘30 years edition’ (1959-1989), based on the Mini Mayfair. The 30 years edition was available in Black and the Cherry red of the car we have on offer.
This limited series (30 years edition) features some extra’s like chrome bumpers and grille, coachlines and 1959-1989 crests. The interior is half leather/lightning cloth with red piping. It comes equipped with Minilite-style wheels, security coded stereo, leather-bound copy of Rob Golding's book ("Mini").
